Surgery Fees

Bailey Square Surgery Center charges a facility fee for each surgical procedure performed by your surgeon. This fee includes the cost of nursing personnel, medications, supplies and the use of the operating and recovery rooms; specialized operating room monitoring equipment and use of the admitting and discharge rooms.  You will receive a separate bill from your surgeon, from the anesthesiologist if one is needed for your procedure, and any other professional services you may receive while you are here, such as radiology, pathology, or lab.

Our fees are estimated charges based on the procedures that are scheduled. Final charges are based on actual procedures performed and/or operating room time for the procedure.

Medical Insurance

Bailey Square Surgery Center accepts most major commercial insurance, HMO/PPO plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation. Click here for a complete list of participating managed care plans.  We will need a copy of your insurance cards to properly file your insurance.  Please check with your insurance or workers compensation carrier for any pre-certification requirements prior to surgery. Patients with insurance are asked to pay their co-payment and any deductible as a deposit on the day of surgery. Bailey Square Surgery Center will bill your insurance company as a courtesy, however, any balance due is your responsibility.

If you do not have health insurance, we ask that you be responsible for our facility charge on the day of surgery.
